I've got an 80' F100,302,w/a water leak I can't find. It appears to be coming from the front of the engine,below the water pump. I changed the lower radiator hose thinking that it may have a pin-hole spaying water back onto the block but that wasn't it.It does'nt leak constantly.in fact it just started yesterday. No water comes from the seep hole on top of the water pump.Is there another seep hole underneath?

 

I believe there is a weep hole underneath, on the water pump.
