Yes I have the police report - and the officers names and badge numbers- (they where very very helpful) From talking to a couple people at the court house- it will probably never see the inside of a courtroom - But it might.

ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME !!!!!!!!!! This is the problem with our world these days, some worthless dirtbag crys to a lawyer and the nice guys finish last. This is seriously pissing me off, there is a quote by i cant remember who that says the only thing necesary for evil to prevail is for good people to do nothing". Hope it all works out dude!

HE DROPPED THE LAWSUIT!
Must have been something my lawyer sent him-- the INTENT to counter sue.
I'm out $280 for 1hr of lawyer time, but maybe I'll take him to small claims court?
