Ok sorry for all the questions. But how do I know what is going to work in my 1992 E-350? If it looks just like the one I already have. Does that mean it will fit/work for me?

The PSOM was improved in 1994 but any PSOM will work from 1992-1996 out of a F or E series van or truck that uses the PSOM system.
Out of some other Fords may work also but I am not sure on them.

Just go to any salvage and get a non tachometer (they are cheaper) cluster and take the PSOM out of it and plug it into your speedometer or replace the whole speedometer with the PSOM. Some go ahead and get two or three clusters in case the PSOM is bad in the one they get.
The mileage will be what ever the truck or van the PSOM came out of. You will also have to set the tire size in the one you get.

The PSOM:

Hey guys its me again. So I replaced the PSOM and now the speedometer, cruise, and odometer are all working. Also the the trans seems to be running at normal temps. However the rear ABS light is now on. I replaced the VSS already. Is there a fuse or something that I should check? Any ideas??

If the speedometer is working OK then you may need to replace the RABS module.
See if the RABS module has any codes and if so what are they.
