I have a 2003 4.6 Expy. About 6 months ago I was having problems with 2195, 2197, and 0171 after changing the 2 up stream O2 sensors, I found the problem was the notorious 90 degree hose coming off the manifold. Got it fixed, and I haven't had a problem until last week.
I am now getting 2198 and a rich code. I am also having problem with it not starting right away. The starter is turning fine, but it's not firing. It does do better when I turn the key and "prime" things before I turn it over. Any thoughts now? Is it the EGR or the 2 down stream O2 sensors?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Don't think the strategy of replacing stuff without knowing what is wrong is the way to go this time!!!!

Check your fuel pressure. A weak pump can cause these symptoms. You should get 55 PSI.
