Fuel problems

I have a 2006 F150 5.4 and developed some codes the other morning. These codes read...p1075 bank 2 rich...p0300multiple misfire...p0307 cyl 7 misfire...p0316 misfire at startup first 1000 rev...p2072 throttle actuator control system ice blockage...and p2198 02 bank 2 sensor 1 stuck on rich.Running like crap and pouring fuel out of exhaust.I pulled the plugs and #7 cyl plug fouled bad.Other plugs were fine.I replaced all plugs, fuel filter,o2 sensor(bank 2 sensor one).It is still pouring fuel and code p2198 and p2196...bank 1 sensor 1 stuck on lean.
Can someone possibly make some sense of this mess and help me out?I am pretty sure that #7 injector is stuck open due to the fuel fouled plug but could that be causing all of my problems?
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

The problem started after a hard freeze one night last week there was a sheet of ice covering my truck. Is bank 1 sensor 1 showing stuck on lean to try and compensate for the over rich bank 2?I mean the fuel is literally running out of the exhaust!Sorry for the scare.....I am scared and stumped on this one!!!! And by the way I am not driving it this way for the fear of a possible bent rod or worse!!!!!!

first i would test the injector by remove the rail and set it up with a rag under it turn the hey to the on pos, then check the rail to see if the injector is leaking

what you saying sounds like a bad injector but its hard to tell injector are more of a 04 to 05 issue

or you could also switch a coil pack out with anotheir one to rule out them out

Thank you for the reply! In your opinion do you think that a stuck injector I would get a o2 sensor on that bank stuck on rich? I am also curious why now bank 1 o2 sensor is stuck on lean. What about the computer?I have an edge plugged in but it is just to moniter temps and nothing else.I have had 3 edge programmers in the past 3 years....sent them all back and got new ones due to problems that updates would not correct!!! I have also had my truck computer reflashed twice by the dealer....due to bad edge programmers!!!!

Ok folks....here it is.

I just got my truck back from the dealer.Mutiple problems found.I got it all covered under recall....not sure how that happened but whos complaining!
p0307,p0308,p1116,p0442.They even changed my oil and filter due to fuel in the crank case. All of this done for a 100.00 deductible.

The beast rolls again!
Thanks to the (2) kind people that replied to my cries for help!

I am having similar problems too. I don't see any recalls for the '05 or '06 dealing with this issue. Anyone else have any ideas? I changed #1 and #2 plugs because thats what the Edge coded. Now all I have is P2196 O2 sensor signal biased/stuck rich/bank1 sensor1. I figured a plug problem caused the rich problem but it appears to be the other way around. I understand its not the O2 sensor and it may be the Air/Fuel mix sensor but where the heck is that and whats it voltage supposed to read?
