Running Rough after EGR Delete - Fixed
How long does it take for the computer to reset itself after losing electrical connections? I have just completed an EGR delete and adding a new oil cooler. It cranks easily but runs rough under 2000 rpm. The boost is a little higher than it was before (about 5-6 psi higher at 55-65 mph). There is a strong diesel exhaust smell when I was doing the coolant flush, but it is becoming less "eye watering". No CEL or wrench lights. I have been trying to pull codes but I am having connection problems with my autoengunity. So far have not been able to make it connect. Getting a ID 53911. Love/hate relationship with a 2005 6.0L 150,000 miles. Any help is greatly appreciated.

How I Fixed - Future Help
I finally got the Autoeginuityto work. The codes I was sent for the Ford Enhanced feature were incorrect. Autoenginuity provided new codes within a hour of sending them an email. After running through 484 sensors, got p0267 and p0269 on the #3 injector. I went with the easy route and checked the electrical connector to the #3 injector. Sure enough it was loose. Put it back on correctly and now running smooth as a diesel can run. Bad exhaust smell also went away. Once again thanks for everyone's help.
