2003 6.0 No Start

Hello,
I have a 2003 6.0 No Start rough when started and stalls. Tuck inside a garage.
(Using a Scan GaugeII)

The truck ICP is between 145 to 390, and when it wants to start around 480 and will not stay running at all.
No Codes

We changed out the following,
1. HPO Pump.
2. ICP Sensor.
3. ICP Plug wire.
4. IPR.
6. Fuel Filters, (Both)
7. Oil Filter.
8. Injector O rings.
9. Manifold Gaskets,
10. Most O-Rings.
12. EGR Delete kit, (While every thing was apart.)
13. Batteries Fully Charged
14. FICM (Checked Out)

Still same situation before all items was done,
No Start, It was running very rough for less than one minute.

Is there any items we missed were the high pressure pump is located,

Any info sugestion would be much appreciatied.
Thank you
JNas

Oh that filter housing should fill fast

If it don't there is a pressure regulator by the crankshaft pulley you could pull and inspect and clean

If that don't get it then inspect LPOP Gears

THERE is a LPO pressure test port IIRC You need around 70psi LPO

HOPE THIS engine isn't coming out looks like you put a lot into it already

Lifter is a BAD Word f or a 6.0L

That's a Low Press OIL Regulator down by the crank pulley

There a pic of it in the Tech Folder under 6.0L Bible

1. I done the proceadure as stated in correct way of testing , Proper voltage,,,,.
2. I did not do any air test,.
3. Its a new pump installed, NEW form local ford dealer.

The oil filter was removed and, crank the truck and the area were the oil filter was filled up in 14 seconds to top, and it drained very quickly.

14 seconds is Not very Fast at ALL

However there is a Drain in the Bottom of the oil filter housing that NEEDS To be held Closed during the Test

shure would feel better about it if the oil filter housing filled in Half that time so check it again holding drain closed

Also here is a Picture of the LPO Regulator

And here is another Pic of the LPO Test Port

its pic#43

The test port towards front truck part of the Oil Filter Adapter

I did not hold any thing down, The oil filled up with out doing any thing to it,
It was around 13, to 14 seconds and filled the housing completely up, and drained very quickly.
Do I have a oped float in the filter housing, not building pressure,

I was reading what you inserted from the tech folder,
The oil should not drain back from the anti-drainback,
Would this cause hard to no start.
(The oil should remain in the oil filter housing the way I am reading, and it drains right back quickly, and when I start it it fill up the housing with ou holding drain plug in.)

The oil filter base also houses the anti-drainback
check valve that keeps oil in the oil
filter assembly after the engine is shut off.

No Float or whatever

Under normal conditions the Oil Filter HOLDS the Drain Down

this is why OEM CAP and Filter is a Must

when you do an oil change the Cap is unscrewed and the filter comes up allowing the Housing to Drain

14 Seconds to FILL the Housing is FlatA$$ Terible
this LPO System should be flowing around 19Gallons per Minute

It Must Fill faster than that and Looks like your Problem at this time

Only other thing is to test LPO Pressure at the Test Port in the Oil Cooler Housing and IIRC should be around 70psi for LPO
