2004 XLT Speedometer problem

2004 XLT Speedometer problem
Speedometer reads 70 mph when going 60mph 35mph when going 30 mph according to GPS and people flying past me on the highway. My tires are 215/60/16 both front and back. So my question is where do I start from here to try and fix this problem? 4wd 3.0 automatic. thanks in advance for any and all help.

Plus I wouldn't trust the accuracy of a GPS either.
People flying past you?
I can be doing 80 on the highway and there still will be people flying past me...

tire size fixed the speedo
You are correct on the tire size being the problem. Thank you for the help. As far as the people flying past me. Everyone flying past me instead of me flying past them at my normal speed . Lol
