I've seen a lot of great information posted here throughout the discussion - wiring diagrams, color charts, model differences, advertising, etc. Is there any thread or link where all of these may be consolidated/stored? I realize there is a sticky linking to various discussions.......if that's it, that is fine.
Although I do understand that Julie is going to do exactly that, maybe might even take a leave of absence, (or of her senses) ………..or as soon as she goes into full time retirement (she is part time now!)
........................Oh, and ask her about the Chargers!
I have a huge number of them on my web site server but don't have a way for the public to access them. Some day if I get the time I'll have to set up a page for public access.
Are you looking for a specific diagram? Ask, and if I have it I'll post it.
Most diagrams are posted as a result of a direct request for specific info. Having all of the diagrams in one thread makes sense, but hasn't really happened over the years.

........................Oh, and ask her about the Chargers! No don't! YIKES did they play TERRIBLE Monday!
There are a number of good places to find what you are looking for. But there is so much of it that it's almost impossible to put in one place. My truck files alone are over 800MB and that's mainly 51/52 stuff!
One of the best resources we have here at FTE is "Earls World." Goerge put this stogether while he was working on "Earl." Here's the link to that:
There is a search function here at FTE and it's fairly marginal, but you can get some good historical info if you know how to manipulate it. It is under "Search this Forum" on the top right of the main forum page. Always use the "Advanced Search" option and when typing in the subject always put it in "Quotation Marks."
Also many of us who participate in really good discussions save those to favorites to repost the links later if someone asks for them. So if the search doesn't work for you, honestly the best way to get the info is simply to ask: "Hey does someone have a good link to a discussion on Signal light troubleshooting."
I also have collected a substantial number of exploded parts drawings, specifications tables, Catalog/Manual/Brochure pictures and stats, photo's of repairs on my own truck, and drawn up some readable electrical drawings. Those drawings are in MS Power Point and are fairly generic, although some are OEM or year specific. If you would like copies of the MS Power Point Drawings (or anything else I might have), you can always write me an e-mail at babbiebuddie@***.net and I'll send them to you.
Otherwise, I'd just continue to post and ask questions. Eventually someone with what you want will have it and post it.
i need a wire diagram for a 1951 ford f1 truck trying to do it myself some of the wire are broken and don't know where they go thank papaal
There's one in the back of your shop manual, and also the ones posted here will do nicely.
I have redrawn them by system because the smaller black and white drawings are hard for me to trace - especially if you are trying to save it from here.
Unfortunately, I've drawn them in MS Power Point so they can be enlarged and modified. If I post them here as jpegs, the site resizes them and we're right back in the same old boat.
In my "retirement" (as Old F1 mentioned) I'm changing the older diagrams to have OEM wire color correct lines. I didn't realize when I made these for my truck, that other folks would want to use them too, so I just used line colors that were the same as what I rewired too - not OEM. so, he's right, - work in process.
Here's a sample of the generic lights drawing. If you would like the whole file, send me an e-mail to babbiebuddie@***.net and I'll send them to you with an "A to Z" rewire guide for your 51.
I am finally getting my project moving to re-assembly and this will help. Brakes and clutch pedals this weekend. Engine is in and wheels are on frame.
Radiator next then back to the body shop to drop the body on my used to be F-3 and soon to be a modified F-1.... may ask for some info if I get stuck on the details...
Thanks for the info, looks like you are a real expert on details!
