So i was thinking of getting a 5" MBRP turboback exhaust for my truck which is an 04 350 with the 6.0 but it says that it gets rid of the CAT. I live in King county in Washington state and they are strict about emissions so i was wondering if i will still pass emissions without a CAT on there. Any help would be AWESOME.

I seriously doubt it depending on what kind of testing they do.
You may want to consider a cat back exhaust and save yourself the headaches...or just switch out the exhaust every year when you have your inspections done.

Well whatever you decide to do, don't go with a 5" exhaust on the 6.0 unless you have the mods to support it. The saying "less is more" can never be more true in this case. Your truck in stock or tuned only form will not be pushing enough fuel and air out that exhaust unless you really are overfueling it(like with race type tunes) and you'll be getting lag big time. Of course, running really hot tunes in order to compensate for that insanely big exhaust brings about another set of issues with regard to the 6.0.
If you are going to do an exhaust just do a 4".
