fuel pump

need a fuel pump for the front tank on an 1996 f-250 5.8 ltr wheres the best place to find one for less than an arm and a leg?

Does your neighbor have the same model truck?

If you're looking for a new one, then try the 'zone. If used will work, try a salvage yard like Walt's Auto in Ohio. I've used them for years when I lived in Ohio, and they'll ship to your door.

found a pump .... but... how do i know if i have a 17 or a 19 gallon tank in the front ? she is a 1996 f-250 5.8 efi xlt

Says in your manual if you have it, I don't know about the f250 but my f150 is 16 front 19 rear.
