My personal experience with Casserly 200/80 single shots on the Dyno at this year's RRE was 486/885. It's in my sig. I credit not only the injectors but live tuning and the 38R.
Stock 250HP and now 486 is a nice increase of 236HP. Damn near doubled my HP and get a couple on tenths per gallon better fuel econmy.
See above or my sig.
Over 450 doesn't sound realistic on 200cc, fuel only. Just sayin'.......

Actually Robin, in stock form rwhp would be topping out around 200hp, given efficiency loss in the drive train.
Joe- it doesn't sound realistic to run 450hp with a van turbo and stock PMR rods... What's your point??
To the OP- go with Casserly, probably the best out there. I went with the cheapest priced injectors I could, had to send them to Casserly and spend more money to get them to run right.
