2003 6.0...gauges

Tried to get info on gauges for 2003 superduty 6.0

was leaning towards pyro/auto trans/ turbo boost.. either Autometer...$650 plus 14.5% taxes plus painting pod plus installation...and x meter..the guy from x meter said their product is not yet set up for 2003 6.0...

1) what about Autometer? 6.o ready?

2)any options for more reasonable price?????

2003 6.0...gauges

I just installed gauges on my 6.0 last weekend. The gauges and install are exactly the same as they were on the 7.3. I drilled and tapped the exhaust manifold for the pyro, used the map sensor line for the boost, and the test port on the transmission.

$650 installed man that sounds awful high !

I think I'm going into the business of installing guages

I just put 3 guage pod and autometer guages in my truck for under $200

Hey FortyFords,

I think the gauges for the diesel are the reason for the increased cost. I, like you, put gauges in my V10 for alot less...

wow just another reason I got gas I guess !
but still seems high though
Maybe he could break down the cost for us
or I could go chk out the prices, but I'm lazy

I couldn't agree more!!!! Just for your info, the Pyrometer gauge kit alone is $125 from summit racing....YIKES!!!!

You need to check out Diesel Injection Service. They have excellent pricing on gauges and all hardware. I paid around $300 for all three gauges and a three pillar pod.
