Wondering what those of you that are using ScanGauge II think about it. I'am mostly interested in the additional gauge readout capibility it has.
Happy Holidays and thank you all.

Love mine too, awesome gauge, great for troubleshooting also. Worth every penny IMO, a great member here Mark (Maevans) hooked me up with one of his, he had two.
It works great. I usually watch ICP, IPR, EOT and either voltage or average fuel mileage.
I know the following work. I cant recall what were stock are what are X-gauges. ICP, IPR DC, Oil temp, coolant temp, trans temp, Intake air temp, GP's on-off, Exhaust back pressure, MAP, boost, Volts, RPM, and MPH. As long as you stay on one tune the fuel mileage stuff is very accurate. I have not been able to get it read codes.
I have been looking at these for a while. And I would have to guess they pull their info from the PCM correct? Or do they require sensors to be installed?
Scanguage II from Linear Logic pulls info from the PCM. Plugs into the OBD port... Does DTCs, and works very well....
The Aeroforce Scangauge will do a lot of the same functions. In addition, it will allow you to do a buzz test of the injectors (IIRC).....
I use the Scangauge II for monitoring EOT, ICP, IPR Duty Cycle; and ECT and Voltage (switch back and forth on that one...)

So your scangauge II definitely reads DTC codes on your powerstroke? I'm just trying to make sure someone has actually pulled a code with one before I buy one.
Terminator dose alot of the same things. Plus you can add fuel pressure and oil pressure with sencers. It also plugs into the obs port and reads the PCM. He also sets them up just for are trucks. Good luck with your choice.

Yeah I noticed the big price difference to. I know the terminator will pull the codes but I can't afford it right now. That's why I'm wanting to know if the scangauge will.
