And here's a list of methods to eliminate or reduce the stiction effects:
1. First and foremost get the latest Ford flash that uses a inductive heating strategy to keep the oil in the injector warm.
2. Use a oil additive called Rex X to your existing 15W-40 oil.
3. Switch to a synthetic oil 5W-40
4. Replace injector/s

I had the same exact symptoms last winter. My issue was resolved with replacing the FICM. When they plugged my truck into the diagnostic computer it would show 6+ injectors were bad. Went down the road of replacing the FICM and all error codes cleared up.
