Buying filters
Has anyone ever bought filters from diesel filters online, here is the link Home - Diesel Filters,Additives,brake rotors, and brake pads for Chevy, Dodge and Ford Diesel Trucks
I just wanted to know if anyone has ever bought filters from these guys and if they are legit motorcraft filters. They have the air filter for $20 cheaper than all the parts stores so i just wonder if it is legit. I am all about saving money as i think we all are but i dont want to save $20 and have a crappy air filter. If they are genuine motorcraft filters i think i will go ahead and buy the fuel filters to and change them as well. Thanks for any help.

They are legit and you can save a few more bucks getting the Racor filters. They make them for MC. For the tranny filter get the NTZ. They manf. that filter and Donaldson makes the air filter. You want the blue one. It repels water.

I agree with 69cj. I have been purchasing filters from Diesel filters online for a few years now. I always purchase the Racor Oil & Fuel Filters & NTZ Trans Filter They are cheaper and the same as Motorcraft. I always purchase a few at a time because they have a flat rate shipping of 8.95 whether you buy 1 or 10 filters. Just got my (4) oil filters last week from them.
If you are purchasing a fuel filter go with the new updated one Motorcraft FD4616

Thanks for the help this is the first diesel i have ever owned and i am trying to learn everything i can. This forum and all the folks in it have been such a big help and i thank you all. Im sure i will have lots more questions. Thanks again.
