Another exhaust system question

How difficult is it to disconnect the downpipe at the turbo?

Now that I have my new system on order I am thinking about the install this coming weekend. With over 200,000 miles on the stock downpipe it has seen many heat and cooling cycles.....

Any suggestions on breaking this connection without busting any bolts?

What the guys said, PB Blaster or WD-40 is your friend. Soak it good for the next morning. A long screwdriver and a bump with a hammer will do it.

After loosening the clamp at the turbo, I took a sawzall to it at the lower end. Besides making it easier to take out, it created a lot of vibration which helped it to break loose.
