Engine stutter after low fuel
I have a 1996 F350 7.3L and it is parked on a slight incline and I went to start it with a low fuel gauge (I just got it so not sure where "empty" is on the gauge yet). I wouldn't start so I figured it needed fuel so refueled it and it started but very rough and ran rough without getting better. It started and ran fine before this so what did I mess up by trying to start it without enough fuel?

I'd add Redline Fuel System Cleaner to this list. Techron is a bit mild, better as a monthly clean. Redline and Seafoam are a bit stronger, and will really help the injectors.

I ordered the Techron and Tufoil engine treatment but will also get the Redline for the initial treatment. Where do you recommend for ordering parts? Thanks for all the help!!!

I am extremely busy these days so I like to do as much online as I can (I also work swings). It would be nice to have a good site to order things from, the filter I will probably get locally but this is just the beginning for this truck. The prices are usually better online too. Shipping with Amazon Prime is awesome too which is how I get most of my shopping done.

I agree about there probably being trash in the fuel filter. I have also seen tanks that looked great on the outside and were all rusty on the inside.
I like Seafoam and Techron. I don't know anything about Redline though.
Rockauto does have a lot of parts, and I have used them before with good results.
