grinding noise
there is a horrible grinding noise coming from under my truck, specifically the tranny area. this has been happening for a long time now, and i finally have some time to put some attention to it. 100% stock 5.4l 4x4 f150 stepside. 93000 miles.any help would be great.

did a little research and , figured out it was the IWE Solenoid. just unplugged it for the mean time. no more grinding. i checked all the vacuum lines and such, and all is in good order. so i ordered a new part through the dealer. there is a TSB on it, though i dont remember the #. thanks for trying to help me though.
