If the setup in Ray's picture is correct and the choke cable and vacuum lines are coming out of the correct holes then it looks like they've been reversed on my truck. Here's another picture with a different perspective. It seems it would make sense for the choke line to be above the vacuum line since that's how they're attached to the carburetor.

The e-brake cable goes thru the tranny cover as Bob described on my '52. The grommet that is sold for the choke-speedo-throttle cable is listed as 48-52 but we all know how that goes...
