I need the build date for a 1966 F100. The vin# is F10YD831531. Can anyone tell me where to find it? Need parts for trans. and it is urgent to get it running. Help, anyone?
I agree. You shouldn't need build date to get tranny parts.

Andy, There are written rules here and unspoken rules. Some of the newer members may not have been aware of the unspoken ones. The biggies are using or putting chevy, dodge or any other brand X parts in a Ford truck, or talking about ones that you have seen.
I like having fun as good as anyone, and as long as we stay clear of those issues we can have a barrell full of fun.
