Auto idle controller compatibility??

Would the auto idle controller work on E350 as well as F350 as long as they are diesel in the right year category?

If you are talking about the AIC/APCM the same controller will work on any 7.3L or 6.0L PSD engine from what I understand.

Thanks, That's what I understood. But a parts compatibility ruled out the van.
Possibly because the compatibility chart didn't specify engine type.

The controller is the same but the mounting bracket is different.
