I have removed the shifter from my column (3 speed on the tree) there is a big bushing and a little bushing. The little bushing is broken and I'm not sure of where the new one is supposed to be put on the shifter. Any help would be appreciated ....Thanks

What bushings are you refering to? There are no bushings on the shift lever. Where did you find them?
I removed the pin from the shifter/collar housing...(w/the spring in it)...looking at the shifter there is a somewhat large bushing that goes around where the hole in the shifter is (that he spring goes through)...there was also a smaller skinny bushing that was on the tip that goes into the collar...it is broken...im just not sure it that little bushing cam from inside the collar or if it goes on the shifter handle?....thanks

There are two possible 7246's:
O1A7246B .. Insulator-Gear Shift Lever-2.04" long / Obsolete
B8S7246A .. Insulator-Gear Shift Lever-1" long / Obsolete
--------------------------------------------------------- B8S7335A .. Gear Shift Lever Impact Sleeve / Obsolete
Measure the insulator your truck has, post the length, then I'll see who has it and the sleeve, then post what I find.
