Shifter bushing?

Shifter bushing?
My shifter has some play in it. Got under the dash and the two screws are tight. This leads me to believe shifter bushing is bad.
I can't figure out how to get collar off key slot in the ignition - which I think needs to come off to get to bushing?
Is there a write up somewhere or can someone tell me how to do it and where to purchase replacement part?

I used this one when I replaced my shifter tube and bushings, is probably more info than you need right now but it shows you how to get everything apart.
