I used a 2x4 and some good old fashion muscle... Sure it took me an hour but hey ya work with what ya got...

Right on!!!! now my Q? is how does it sound lol.

Getting ready to build a custom 3.5 system, just waiting for my tig welder to get here wed's.

Also need to get this slow cranking issue worked out, before I start on it, have a post on that.

I'm about to this and just wondering who (MFG) has an aluminized DP and who has a SS one? My buddy replaced his ex w/ a SS system that had a Al DP & now he has to replace the DP again as it rotted out.

Just spray paint the aluminized one with high heat grill paint.

You can also search for 7.3L down pipe and should get a few hits....

You can get a ceramic coated downpipe from Dale (Tymar). He also has options for one that starts as 3" and then expands to 3.5" or 4" at the bottom depending on what size exhaust you want to run.

I traded a 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara for it about 3 years ago.... It had 230xxx miles on it and ran like poop haha.... Now its up to 293xxx and runs like a champ... So I guess my jeep was worth about 7500 to 8k...
