Engine exhaust leaks

I found a few exhaust leaks that need to be plugged. I could have had these done while the factory warranty was in force but decided to "get to know" my truck a little better.
and the FTE forum has been an invaluable asset in diagnosing and repairing my truck.
Thank you.

I need a little help with the following technical information,
Can anyone offer the Ford part numbers for the turbo Y pipe for MY2006?
mine is is in two pieces.

I also have an exhaust leak where the head and manifold meet.
does anyone know the Ford part numbers for the kit? I might as well fix that too.
it's mainly on the left bank but thought I'd do both sides.

Thanks guys.

When I first modified the up-pipe (to remove the scoop inside) I noticed the right exhaust manifold had exhaust soot at the head.
I let this go for a couple years now.
then this past fall I heard a whistle which led to exhaust smell in the cab, again noticed soot on the Y pipe that feeds the turbo. The modded up pipe was fine, and can still be installed, however I am going to install a Dicad up-pipe.
So there you have it. 2 leaks = new Y pipe and manifold gaskets and another couple hours work.
(thinking...now if I only knew the part numbers)

soot around the manifolds to heads is somewhat normal, as ford did/does not use manifold gaskets

Ford also says alot of 'that's normal' rhetoric.
(In my book) the only place exhaust should exit is at the tail pipe.

I've decided not to pursue repairing the exhaust manifold leak at this time, for a couple of reasons.
1. it's an easy job to do in the future when necessary.
2. this joint is supposed to seal itself up once the vehicle is up to operational temps.

Using a smoke device a person could find out just how bad of an exhaust leak there is actually seeping past the head and manifold but (in a way) I can already tell by how much soot there is.

If a smoke test "fails" or if I "hear" an exhaust leak or smell fumes, I will definitely be pursuing a gasket job. Right now I just see some soot that hasn't changed much since I noticed it installing the Magnaflow exhaust system 3 years ago.

However, I still need a new turbo Y-pipe.

anyone know the part number when they replace theirs?
