Stainless is pretty soft, I think I'd rather use grade 5 bolts probably cad plated if I had to go cheap. Not going cheap, I'd invest in ARP bolts. Studs are a pain, they can be difficult to remove and occasionally to set all the way. However, it makes little difference when it comes to headers vs cast manifolds.
I want to say they are 13mm bolt heads, probably 10mm bolts and I'd venture a guess of m10x1.5.
What is an ARP bolt? sorry for being ignorant but I don't recognize that term.
The studs that I replaced were only 8mm !!! just tiny little things, no wonder they break.......!!!
not worried about price, just don't want to go through all the work to have to do it again later, right now the manifolds are warped and I still have an exhaust leak to contend with, not as bad as with 8 studs broken, but still an exhaust leak........
