Reverse buzzing noise??

Reverse buzzing noise??
When i put the truck in reverse and start backing up, i get a buzzing noise from what sounds like under the truck when i start giving it gas to move. Notice it both when unloaded and loaded, but seems to be more noticable when i have a trailer on or backing up a hill. What could this be? It is kind of intermittent too, not always consistant but happens more often than not

if your talking the sensors on the bumper i don't have that feature on my truck. Almost sounds like a pump buzzing noise ?? Not sure what it could be. I don't notice it at all in drive even with a load. Just reverse.
