what is this buzz?
when i turn the key on and wait for the glowplugs the engine buzzes then the abs makes some noise too. what exactly is buzzing in the engine? injectors?

Its the fuel pump.

no, the fuel pump is under the driver's seat, this noise is in the engine compartment

its not the vacuum pump either, its coming from the engine like the injectors are buzzing, don't tell me no one elses does this

this is before the engine starts, i can pop the hood, turn the key on, and for about five seconds the engine buzzes, the abs buzzes, and the vacuum pump comes on. i am just wondering what in the engine is doing the buzzing. do the injectors cycle before starting?

its injectors, take your truck in and have them do an updated flash. your just hearing the injectors cycling, the new flash eliminates that and dose inductive heating instead.
