Cheap Performance chip
Has anyone tried one of the $34.95 "Ultimate Performance Chip" being sold on Ebay. This one does not interface with the ECM. If so, is it any good?
My 99 had a Hypertech program on it when I bought it, and the GEM got messed up.
I would like to get a little better performance, but not spend a lot.

I've never heard of anybody getting one of those but I had a SC tuner, of course thats before I found FTE. IMO, save your coins for a reputable chip builder here, you can get a nice chip with some stardard tunes programmed just for your truck and won't break your bank plus mileage gains.
