88 f150 pops when cold

im with danger here, check your fuel pressure. also have you tried to pull codes? the spitting fuel when filling seems to be a ford truck thing. my both mine have done it. also i dont think i have ever heard of a modern untampered fuel system getting vapor locked

i have now deleted the smog pump
i checked the fuel pressure.....it was fine
pulled the codes....got knock sensor and EGR
EGR is blocked off so thats the reason for it
i changed the knock sensor and it helped it dont do it as much but it still isnt fixed
