wheres is your o2 sensor located on ur exhaust, befor or after your cat? how many miles are on the truck too?are your injectors clean, might just have a clogged injector. get your injectors/fuelrails/lines all flushed, could be that... or have you tried the throttle position sensor? mine when out on my truck and it was doin the same.

yeah pull some codes up through a diagnostics... if the o2 sensor was after the cat that woulda been your problem... could be the EGR sensor, or purge canister... sounds something electronic

Overheating and loss of power. Have you flushed the cooling system lately? You say "newer water pump", but how's the radiator or thermostat? You may not leak any coolant, but a radiator can go bad by being plugged.

i would try some seafoam and pull the codes. Seafoam is a carb/crankcase/whatever cleaner. Id use like half can to quarter tank gas runout or down put rest in to whatever gas u put in and see if inproves.

That's not good, fuel pressure should go up when the throttle is opened, not down. You have either a clogged fuel filter or a failing fuel pump.

Should be higher than that too....40-45ish.

If you havn't changed the fuel filter in a long time, that's probably what it is.

Don't drive it like that until you fix it because you're probably running it lean.

Thumbs up

found problem was fuel pressure related 1 st changed filter pressure came up 30 at idle and when revved up went up to 40 ran good for a little while then a half a tank later same problem started running like a dog checked fuel pressure sometimes it went up from idle sometimes it dropped .Problem ended up being fuel pressure regulator only thing i can figure is when i removed the filter it took all the pressure off the fuel line and regulators spring/ diaphram which caused it to work right for a little while then crap out again .replaced regualtor and now runs like a raped ape .thought i would post this since it seemed to be a goofy problem masked by changing the fuel filter .
