If it was A Banks Sidewinder I'd be all over it. Be nice to sit on a turbo kit incase I find that f350 4x4 SRW crewcab I'm lookin for!

Still good deal though.

that is not to far up the road from me

what all would it take to put that on a non turbo 7.3

and what would be the down side to doing it ?

it is a direct bolt on. you would only need the rubber grommet for the oil drain (the one that he has will be hard as plastic) and you will need to just bolt everything up and get an air filter for it. it took me about 6 hours to do mine, you will need to unbolt the body and lift it though to clear the uppipe between the firewall and the engine/bellhousing. only downside is higher egt's. you would have to get a egt gauge. better mpg, more power when towing and driving hills. if you just flat land it, then your not going to see any benefit from a turbo. they dont start to spool and throw boost until you load it down.

stock injectors and pumps are fine. you just turn the fuel up a flat or two.

I'm already there so where is my 3" elbo and DP? Oreo I see a couple psi if I accelerate almost moderatly and thats with the bent up down pipe if you get on it boost comes in instantly these turbos spool off idle. Of coures your IC will mask the boost to a point not hurting power same amount of air going in the air is just more dens so it has less presure for the same amount of air.
