Kenny, on yours the fuel bowl heater is #105, but I doubt that's it if you are getting pressure at the bowl. If you are still not getting any smoke, your injectors are not working while cranking. Check fuses #20, fuel injection control module, #27, Ignition switch Run feed, #45, ignition run/start feed, #103, FICM power. those are the main ones I see right now that may have you down. Pull them and l check with a meter. sometimes they are hard to see while in the truck.
He was checking all his fuses with a meter today. None of them were coming up bad.
We checked the wiring, none of it looked to have any cuts or frays in it. Should he ohm out the wires unhooked or what?
2 different IPR's his 6 month old one, and mine with approximately 100K miles off my running truck, and put back on my truck in order to leave, did the same thing.
WD40 didn't do anything, not even a cough.
I left my AE there for him to use so if you guys can think of anything else for him to try, please keep it coming.
i went through with a test light and tested EVERY single fuse in the panel. i did a buzz test, and they are all firing electrally, but doesnt mean its getting fuel, or oil for that matter, even though i have oil in the resivoir and then rail in the head.
I had the fuel lines off the regulator while fixing an oil leak, any chance they are air locked?

it was the icp sensor we switched out, not the IPR, but i did switch out both IPR's yesterday.....
it like missed once and picked right back up, then missed agian 1/2 mile down the road and as i was comming down the exit ramp to get off the highway it just shut off, didnt even idle down.
could you have possibly damaged you CPS wires, IPR wires or ICP wires? Do you remember what codes were there prior to clearing them? I know some came back, but the ones that didn't may hold some clues.
