i guess tomorrow i will tear every plug apart and maybe little shot of brake kleen?
Dont use Brake Kleene on it Kenny. Use electrical contact cleaner.
Try un plugging the ICP like Barry said. It will tell the PCM to go into default (limp) mode, another thing but I am sure that you checked it already is the oil level and the level in the HPOP, take a look at that through the plug in the top of it, I will fill it to within a half inch and see if it fires off.
I had a friends do this the other day, pluged AE up to it and it would only build up 240 psi on the ICP. I took somthing and taped on the IPR a few times and she started up. I think the IPR was stuck and dumping the oil back to the pan, this may or may not work but worth a try. Good luck.
Does Kris or anyone near you have an AE Kenny? That would be your best bet instead of throwing random guesses in the air. It seems that all the basics are covered. Is the WTS light coming on?
Kenny, if you live relatively close to Kris, I am about 1:15hrs away. I have AE. I have my sons 10th b-day party today but it's not until 6pm so I MAY be able to swing up that way. If not today we can probably do it Tuesday AM, or you are welcome to run down here and borrow my laptop and AE. Kris has my cell.
Ok, you have oil, both in he pan and in the HPOP. You have fuel and you are getting it to the engine, right? You are sure your batteries are up to par. You have checked all of your fuses. Your cps is still plugged up. Are you getting any smoke from the exhaust?
oil both in engine and pan, fuel pressure at the fuel bowl, batteries have beeen charging for 2 hours now, checked all fuses, all plugs, replace both IPR's, unplugged icp sensor and tried starting it, replaced cps, and plugged it back in, replaced pcm, switch chips. I am all out of ideas.....
