Brake pad fell apart

So last week i noticed like a slight vibe right around 55. Then i started hearing a slight squeak while i was going real slow, or slowing down, like "squeak, squeak, squeak" with every revolution of the tire. So i figured id pull the brakes and lube the pins and slides. Well i did 3 corners and then got to the last one the driver side rear, and pull the caliper off and the pad fell out in two peices, the actual pad and then backing. the bonding came apart, the pads have about 1/2 thickness left but they were the pads that were on my truck when i got it. But i think the vibes i was feeling was coming from that pad seperating and dragging and things of that nature. Glad i checked it out!

An 04 with original pads. Must've gotten rust between the plate and the friction material, slowly seperated the two?

I dont think they were original, but they are at least 3 years old, probably older, or i guess there might be a chance that they are original, but i doubt it, im just under 100,000 miles.
