Bumping you to Super Duty. I like Cepek FC and BFG AT for an all round tire but sorry to say in a 315 they are only D rated. You will have to look toward GoodYear or an off shore tire company to find the E rating.
How did you like your Hankook? my local tire store is offering me a good deal on some Dynapros 305/70/16. I am hesitant, first because I don't have experience with Hankook and second I would like to get 295/75/16 or 305/75/16.
I have tried a few and at the end of the day BFG All Terrain is still the best all around tire you can buy IMO. Great for snow, ice, rain. Great stability when haulin heavy or towing heavy. I have the E load on my F350. They are still alittle pricey
not with proper rotation and air pressure. I'm on my second set, and should get 50k out of this set. I know others that have had about the same results. Often times people try to stuff wider tires on their stock rims, or rims narrower than approved for, and in that case they WILL have sucky wear. Proper width rim, proper air pressure, and rotation will yield great mileage.
if using stock width rims, I don't think it matters what brand it is, a 12.5 wide tire won't last. just my opinion, and you know what they say about opinions.....

I've had 2 sets, both on 10" wheels I rotated them every 5,000 miles just like every other tire I've used. The wear pattern was great, they just didn't last very long. They also sagged more with a heavy load.
well maybe I'm the exception and not the rule. I don't always follow the rules anyway, lol. I've had E rated nittos, 305's instead of 315's, and these feel WAY more solid on my rig. Most i regularly tow is about 12k. One thing I really like, is the deep lugs. I am a general contractor, so nail riddled jobsites are no stranger. I have on a couple instances pulled nails embedded in the lugs, but never piercing the center of the tread.
I primarily chose these 'cause a E rated (or at least its equivalent of 3850lbs) 35" tire for 16 inch rims are hard to find. I needed the MT because often times the jobsite is impassable with anything else.
