B&M vs TCI Shift Improver Kits

I have a B&M Shift Improver Kit in my 73' F100 and like it a lot but I saw that Summit Racing sells a kit from TCI. Does anyone know if it's any better/worse? Any input would be appreciated!

Below are links to both kits.

TransGo shift kit or shift improver is the only way to go.

Skip those other two.
