With the heavy hauling you do, I would do the first diff fluid change anywhere between 2,500 miles and 5,000 miles of service . That should contain all the break in junk from the new gears. I would use Amsoil severe gear fluid, and change after the next 15k.
When you drain after that 15k drain interval you should be able to get an idea of how the oil is holding up and possibly extend the next drain interval passed 15k.
