no asking for a mid month cut off date is sometimes required. if your ficm sticker is in tacked you may be able to read it there.
also the esn is on the back of the right head. its very hard to read that though.

Lower radiator hose. We have a motorcraft parts house here. They have 2 different hoses that requires the day of the month with the build date.
