i know but the ford was suckin up a little too much money right now... either i sell it and buy another better rig like a 92 CC LB with a 5 speed thats soon to come after the job situation gets a little better than 7.25 an hour.
That freeze-up wasn't the trip when I picked-up the Ford. On that trip I drove my Cherokee through the "scenic route" and then towed the Cherokee home with the Ford, That trip was on April 25, 2008 and there were still 6-8 foot snow drifts in the trees/shaded areas.
By scenic are you talking about the the road from elgin to weston. can't think of the name of the pass right now. It is a lot worse than cabbage but I go that route anytime cabbage has the chain law up or bad weather, way more snow and steeper pulls but not nearly as many idiots to block the road. lol

yeah they can be a bitch. but the real bitch is putting a set of injectors in... i helped my 2 buddies put a set of 40HP injectors into klints 95 6.5 and we started at 8pm and diddnt get out of the shop till 1:30 almost 2 am. but we werent working as hard as we could have. smoked a few stogies had a few union mandated breaks

That is the biggest trouble with the 6.5 as the heat kills them.
yeah i plan to get a FSD off of ebay and mount it in the bumper.
