Don't know of any vendor reproducing 65-66 2wd radiator; but have seen ones for 61-64 2wd / 65-66 F250 & 4wd. (around $300 plus heavy shipping cost)
I just removed a 65 support friday; I'm hoping to retrofit into my 64 2wd; only major difference I can tell is the place the inner fender mount to the support.
If mine doesn't work out; be cool if you live closer to me I'll sell you it. But I don't deal with the shipping / packaging department stuff.lol
As food for thought, not sure why, have 2 65's and find the inner fenders are different. Not sure if due to whether one is a standard cab and the other a CC; or, one originally came with a 6 cyl. and the other has a V8. Found the inner fender with the 6 is arced, or curved where it attaches to the rad support; on the otherhand, the 65 CC with V8 inner fenders have more of an angle to it. Anyhow, imagine another member will correct, and or explain; also, likely not an issue since going to be some modification with earlier vintage support anyway.
Recently purchased a '65 F100. Needs a radiator support.

Which 1965 F100, 2WD or 4WD?
If 4WD, the radiator support has been reproduced (C2TZ16138G) and fits: 1961/64 F100/250 2WD/4WD / 1961/66 F350/600 / 1965 F100/250 4WD / 1966 F250 4WD.
If 2WD, 1965 F100/250 2WD & 1966 F100 4WD use the same one (C6TZ16138C), so it's not one year only. But, it's not reproduced.
1966 F100/250 2WD is all by itself (C6TZ16138B), also not reproduced.
FTE member GANGSTAKR lives in SoCal, might have a used rust free core support.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dave: Custom Cab, or not, V8 or I-6...has nothing to do with what inner fender aprons a truck has.
C5TZ16054B .. Right & C5TZ16055D .. Left Inner Fender Aprons / Fits: 1965/66 F100/250 2WD; 1966 F100 4WD.
C1TZ16054M .. Right & C1TZ16055K .. Left Inner Fender Aprons / Fits: 1961/65 F100/250 4WD; 1961/66 F350/700; 1966 F250 4WD.
C1TZ16054L .. Right & C1TZ16055K .. Left Fender Inner Aprons / Fits: 1961/64 F100/250 2WD.
Considering that 45 + years have passed by since these trucks were new, who knows what aprons may have been changed due to accidents, rust and whims of former owners?
I checked into several leads looking for one for my 66 F100 2WD (Oklahoma), but they all were rusted in the exact same spots (below the headlight). I ended up just cutting out the rust and welding in come 16ga and coated it in POR-15. It turned out okay and really isn't that visible, but structurally sound now.
Bill, thanks for the info., Actually, found out the hardway during infancy stage of salvage shopping, long story. Anyhow, bookmarked the thread and if able to find P/N's and time permits, will compare. Thanks again!!.
If I'm thinking right; the arch inner fender support bracket ones are for 65-66 2wd; and the curved one is 61-64 2wd & the 4wd version and above ie 250 /350 type mention by Bill.
As I ask in another trhead about the major differences in the yearsw; your answers to my question help me come up with this conclusion.
Any good ideas for clearing/cleaning a dirty/clogged gas tank. Last inspection on this truck is 1990. Whatever is still in the tank might be that old. Tried feeding wire through the metal tube at the bottom of the tank. Had to use thin wire to make the bend in the tube. Got some stuff to drip out but thats all. Wire was probably not large enough to keep te hole open.
My next attempt will be Gumout in the tube. Maybe try forcing air. Also thought of bike brake cable-flexible but strong enough to poke through the sludge.
Any other ideas?
Marty
Hey guys I moved Marty in PA's last post to its own new thread for better responses. I'm currently helping him with this truck so I too will appreciate some ideas with this dirty tank.
Thanks
West Side Radiator in Denver (PA) is the only place I know of locally that still cooks these out and seals them. Probably costs as much or more as finding a clean used one though.
