Called the local ford dealer and asked them to run a Oasis check on my truck... The advisor told me that it was out of Warranty(I knew that) and that there were no recalls...I asked them if there were any issues addressed under warranty or any issues at all...He said the oasis check would only show them issues that were addressed within the last 6 month...Is this correct???Thank you
So how can I get ford to run the oasis check?? One dealer said they couldnt do it.. the other obviously lied.(telling me they can only tell me work that was done in the last 6 month)
The truck is a 2005...Only dealer that said they could do it.. Told me It showed I was out of warranty, there were no recalls and thats it.. I asked doesn't it show any work on the truck.. She responded that all it showed were issues within the last 6 month..
