brake pads

Looking for brake pads that won't cover my wheels in dust. Looking for brands and source. Front and rear. I know most autoparts stores claim they havedustless pads, but some not so much. Let me hear your experiences. Thanks

Typically ceramic pads leaves dust that is not all that visible...or "stain" your rims. Some people don't like ceramic pads because they tend to squeak and trap heat?

Try here.
Their Bobcat compound brake pad produces low dust and the dust that it does give off is non corrosive.

The customer service displayed by this company is also outstanding. When the Excursion needed new brake pads, I looked into these brake pads and even called them. I was pleasantly surprised when I called and ended up talking with one of the owners. He was very helpful and informative. The customer relations of this company alone sold me on them. Needless to say, I had to go with the Hawk LTS brake pads because Carbotech had to have the front pads made and I called just three days before I needed them..my time frame wasn't playing nice with me. When the Excursion needs rear brake pads though, I'll be ordering up some Bobcats from Carbotech.

I second the Carbotech recommendation and their Bobcat pads. They make outstanding products - right up there with Hawk pads.

Right here...

The rear brake pads are not listed on the website but when I called, they had them in stock.

EDIT: The Excursion is found under the Ford Truck & SUVs logo.
