Has anybody swapped in a 4bt in like a 52 F1? if so what was used and was it a success?

They came in a lot of bread vans. It's a real common conversion in Dodge Power Wagons. Here's link to a guy that does a lot of these swaps, and has a good reputation. Stu

Check out a post called Heavy Hauler. I think it is a 4bt in a 47 1 1/2 ton. Either way there is lots of good info. Beleive the thread is here and also on the hamb.
