number dummy i need you!!

i'm buying this truck site unseen and need to know what this vin decodes as.. he said he isnt sure what engine is in it or anything about it.. the vin is f35yeh71714 thats all he gave me, he knows nothing about the truck.. thanks

Go to http://forum.love-fords.org/ and look at Vin info and he will decode it free

F35 = 2wd F350

Y = 2 barrel 360

E = Manwah Assembly plant

H71714= ???

Houston, we have a problem... what year is the guy saying it should be? 73-76 is the time frame for a FE 360.

It's a 1970 F350 Built in March 1970

There is another guy on the internet that is almost as smart as Numberdummy but apparently his name can't be mentioned on here.

huh, the truck is a 1974.. must be a fishy vin # on it??? i've sen that before, either way it is only for a couple parts then the scrap yard cause the body it completly junk..
