So a CCV reroute would be a good idea to do as well as replace the blue hoses. Thanks.

The only two things to consider in a reroute,in my op, would be if you are still under warranty and do you have to get a smog check in your area. A mod non-friendly dealer could have any remaining warranty voided.
The way I did it, I installed a Racor ccv filter on the frame rail. I ran one inch hose "to it" and then also "from it" back to the turbo intake. It has eliminated the oil in the charge air system. I drain the ccv filter every oil change. There are no emission issues.
I check my back pressure on the ccv system (using a magnehelic gauge installed on the dipstick tube using some fuel hose) and am getting some low back pressure numbers.
The manual says that the max back pressure is 0.3 PSIG.
My readings are 1 to 1.5 inches of water column (0.036 to 0.054 PSIG). The higher number was after 6 months of operation on the filter. I will now leave the new filter I just installed in for a full year and then re-check the back pressure.

Smog check is not an issue.
A non-mod friendly dealer could still have an issue, but I have the back-pressure readings to "argue with".

I was also thinking of some of the smog refs that, like the TSA, can't think outside the box and see thar the intent is still there just doing it a little better.
I purchased this boot from a Ford dealer parts dept. and don't have the receipt any more. If you prurchase a boot from any Ford dealer you should get the latest and greates version.
Troy- Can you please post the part number for the new Ford boots?
Here's the turbo outlet boot new part# for my 04/04 6C3Z-6C640-C. The turbo pipe to intercooler is 6C3Z-6C640-B
I replaced my factory original blue elbow hose at about 150K because it finally ripped. I was always told the oil bleeding was "normal" because I bitched about it from day 1 and never could get it replaced. NEVER had any problem with it blowing off and a little brake cleaner every so often would keep it looking nice. It finally gave up the ghost after being on and off countless times. I actually wouldn't have found it if it hadn't have been for the "oil leak" it was causing. I didn't lose enough boost to even be able to tell.
