If you have the following skills:
1. Using an HTML editor.
2. Microsoft Office (ie, not just typing a letter but laying out documents).
3. Photo resizing.
4. Know how to use FTP software to upload files.

I've been in the IT field for 7 years now. I can do all of the stuff you mentioned, plus a lot more (I specialize in Network Security). If there's anything I can do to help out, by all means let me know.
