I'd sure like to know an easy way to paste in a photo to these messages. Every time I try I lose the message and get a separate screen under Windows. The only instructions I've seen is to have the photo on a website and put a link in the message, but I don't have a website to do that with.

If you don't have a web site, then there's no way to do it unless you use one of the free photo hosting sites.

my website is www.angelfire.com/nv/novanut/ I had the photo in my image file and used the url for the actual photo. They have free homepages and you could set it up and move files through them.
