For me its 'noticeable improvement in throttle response' and mixed in with the other mods I've done I can't say that I'm going WOW! I think its a good mod though to fire the injectors hotter and be more efficient. I would do it again but I also am now enjoying the security of having a spare with me because of what I've been reading, lol.

Has anyone who has had a failed 140 IDM tried replacing the replaced resistor again?

I'm thinking the resistor is failing.

I put in a .5 Watt, anyone who has had one fail put in a 1 watt?
Or you been using .25 watt?

MadVanBill says that its good to go.
